STAGE 2: DEVELOP
Project management is our jam – we have experience handling everything from complex enterprise level global events to spontaneous small-scale missions. Responsibilities we can take off your plate include coordination across suppliers and partners, marketing or event logistics, creating training or marketing content, executive summaries and status reports, tracking budgets, or hosting regular meetings with key stakeholders involved in a project. Our goal is to handle jobs like this so you can focus on the other thousand things you have going on.
There are two core reasons a marketing project can miss the mark – faults in the plan, or faults in the execution. It’s not ‘wrong’ as much as it tends to be about oversights or miscommunication across the multitude of people it takes to make things happen. Our objective in this stage is to be that consistent operator at the center of the broken telephone game. An additional bonus to working with NMI at this stage is that we’ll perform our own Soul Marketing analysis of the plan to identify any potential gaps and make recommendations to increase your executional success. This is not an exercise in spending more, it’s about working smarter with the funds available.
Once the concept has been baked, we can project manage and support the moving parts to keep things on track and the momentum going.
