“BUD THE SPUD FROM BRIGHT RED MUD” - Stompin’ Tom Home to some of the best wineries, breweries, and possibly one of the most underrated food scenes (no, we aren’t talking about Tim Biebs). Maple syrup, bannock, nanaimo bars, poutine, ketchup chips, and Caesars are a few of the homegrown classics but what makes the food here truly special is the multiculturalism – folks have moved here from all over the world and continue to share pieces of their delicious culture with us. It’s incredible to have access to cuisine from every country that’s only a phone call away! Gotta eat here:

Watching the rest of the world from our homes throughout the pandemic was a humbling reminder that we live in a wonderful country where we are safe and free to be ourselves and that’s something we do not take lightly.
